Precision cutting of finished length pieces enables us to hold tolerances of ± .002” (.051mm). Profiles, Inc. has 6 abrasive cut saws in production for cutting tight tolerance, finished length pieces. Finished parts can be boxed with plastic liners and rust preventative, sealed in metal cans, or packaged by any number of custom packaging options. Finished cut pieces can be burnished in-house for further value-added processing.
