Coiled wire is straightened and cut to lengths up to 21 feet. Profiles has 2 different straighteners that can handle a wide variety of shaped straightening. In addition, heat treated bars can be straightened directly off of the heat treat line.

Bars are typically packaged in wooden boxes (with fork lift feet), nailed and banded. Other packaging options include sealed tubes and banded lots. Straightness tolerances are in the range of 1 degree of twist per foot, .015" bow/cast per foot.
